Four food halls will be repaired in schools in Krasnoyarsk this summer

Food halls in four schools in Krasnoyarsk will be overhauled in the summer of 2026. This is reported by the city administration.

Work has already started in schools No. 44, 63 and 91, as well as Lyceum No. 9. They will overhaul not only the food halls, but also the dining halls.

According to KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, the renovation of the dining hall will also take place at school No. 8, where the food hall was renovated last year.

The work is carried out as part of the modernization program for school food halls, which started in Krasnoyarsk in 2023. During this time, 15 school canteens have already been renovated in the city.

In May, it was reported that in Krasnoyarsk, the readiness of a new school, which is being built in the Michurinsky microdistrict, reached 66%. It will be able to accept 1,280 students. In the same month, furniture and equipment began to be delivered to the new school, which is being built in Tikhy Zory.
