The Moscow Arbitration Court approved a settlement agreement on the claim of a company engaged in the development, implementation and technical support of solutions for video content to recover 3.5 million rubles from blogger and entrepreneur Nikita Efremov (listed in the register of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation), the requirements were related to the termination of the license agreement. This was reported on June 17 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

"The court has determined to approve the settlement agreement in full on the terms set out in it, and to terminate the proceedings," the judge announced the decision.

However, the terms of the settlement agreement themselves are not disclosed. The essence of the claim itself is also not specified. Representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant declined to comment. It is noted that Yefremov himself was not present in court.

In December last year, a court sentenced Yefremov to three years in prison on probation for financing extremist activities. The court found that from August 2021 to February 2022, the blogger made seven money transfers in support of the Anti-Corruption Fund (FBK, recognized as an extremist and terrorist organization, a foreign agent and banned in the Russian Federation).
