The industrial production index of the Tula region was 108%

The industrial production index of the Tula region exceeded 108% by the end of 2025. The volume of products shipped by the end of the year is more than 2 trillion rubles. Compared to the previous year, it increased by almost 20%.

The seventh module of the Program for the development of the personnel management reserve in the field of science, technology and higher education has started in the Tula cluster "Octava" on the basis of the Higher Technical School. It is dedicated to the industrial potential of the Tula region.

According to Governor Dmitry Milyaev, the region is an industrial center with enterprises of the defense industry, mechanical engineering, and a developed chemical and metallurgical industry.

In mid-May, it was reported that a cluster of industrial pumping equipment had been created in the Tula region. The order on the registration of the facility was signed by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov. The complex was created for the development of technological import substitution and the development of industrial cooperation. It unites enterprises from three regions — Tula, Moscow and Orenburg.
