Boris Dubrovsky, the former governor of the Chelyabinsk Region, was charged with bribery. This was announced on June 17 by a source of Izvestia.

Dubrovsky received 34 million rubles through intermediaries from Gennady Wilshenko, the then owner of Yuzhuralmost JSC. In return, he provided patronage during auctions for road repairs in the region.
