The air defense forces destroyed the 19th drone flying towards Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on June 17 that air defense systems had shot down another unmanned aerial vehicle flying towards the capital.

"Another drone attack has been repelled. Emergency services specialists are working at the crash site," he wrote on the Maks messenger.

Shortly before that, six drones were destroyed in the direction of the capital. Earlier, air defense systems shot down two drones flying to Moscow. Prior to that, 10 drones were intercepted by the air defense forces. Thus, the total number of downed drones heading towards the capital has increased to 19.
