Russian fighters destroyed the AFU UAV launch positions in Konstantinovka

The gunners of the 3rd army Corps of the "Southern" group of forces destroyed the launch position of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and enemy manpower in the area of Konstantinovka. This was announced on June 17 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Artillery units continue to deliver precise strikes on enemy positions, hitting the manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in shelters and on fortified borders. The actions are carried out jointly with operators of unmanned systems that conduct reconnaissance and transmit target indications.

UAV operators have identified the launch positions of enemy attack drones. Additional reconnaissance showed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hiding in the area of these facilities, ensuring the operation of drone units.

The data obtained was promptly transmitted to the artillery crews of the 3rd Army Corps, which delivered a series of precise strikes on the identified targets.

As a result of the defeat, the drone launch positions were destroyed, as well as the enemy forces in hiding.

On June 16, the Russian Ministry of Defense published footage of the destruction of drone control centers and temporary deployment points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, inflicted by the crews of the Russian Aerospace Forces on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Kharkiv region. It was noted that during the reconnaissance activities, the Russian military identified a drone control point and temporary locations for Ukrainian units.
