Russian gunners destroyed the Ukrainian Armed Forces ammunition depot in Konstantinovka

Gunners of the 3rd Army Corps of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed an ammunition depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Konstantinovka. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on June 16.

During reconnaissance activities in the private sector of the city, an ammunition depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was discovered, which was used to supply enemy units. After clarifying the coordinates, the information was transmitted to the artillery calculations, as a result of a series of shell hits, the stored ammunition detonated, which led to the complete destruction of the warehouse.

The objective control footage recorded a powerful explosion and the subsequent detonation of ammunition.

It is noted that the remnants of the defending Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison in Konstantinovka faced additional difficulties in supplying their units. According to the press service, the systematic work of intelligence and artillery makes it possible to consistently disrupt the logistics of the enemy, reduce the stability of its defenses and create favorable conditions for further actions by Russian units in the Konstantinovsky direction.

Anti-UAV training has been deployed in all military districts of the country.

On June 15, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that fighters of the Russian Armed Forces had captured two strongholds of Ukrainian militants led by Second Lieutenant Oleg Yerakhtin. It was clarified that the Russian military held an enemy stronghold, after which they were able to storm another one.
