Lyudmila, the mother of opera singer Dmitry Hvorostovsky, died in Moscow at the age of 90. This was announced on June 15 by Arkady Zinov, Minister of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

"Lyudmila Petrovna Hvorostovskaya, Dmitry Hvorostovsky's mother, died at the age of 91," the Telegram channel said.

The head of the department noted that the authorities of the region continue to keep in touch with the parents of the performer. The minister expressed his condolences to Hvorostovskaya's family and promised that the regional authorities would provide the necessary assistance in organizing the funeral.
