Cars of the Russian brand Senat began to be shipped to dealers

Cars of the new Russian brand Senat have begun to appear at dealers, while these are exhibition samples. This was reported on June 15 by Rossiyskaya Gazeta with reference to representatives of Rolf company.

In addition, according to Yuri Blinov, Marketing Director of Avilon AG, the cars of the new domestic brand have already been presented at the Avilon Senat dealership in Moscow.

The presentation of the Senat 900, the brand's debut model, took place at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026). It is based on the model of the Chinese brand Hongqi and features a redesigned front end. The sedan began to be produced at the plant in St. Petersburg, the start of production was given as part of the SPIEF.

The length of the Senat 900 is 5144 mm, the wheelbase is 3060 mm. The model has a three-liter V6 engine with a capacity of 326 hp (450 Nm), which allows you to accelerate from zero to "hundreds" in 6.5 seconds. The transmission is an eight—speed automatic transmission with a torque converter. Traction is transmitted to both axles via an intelligent all-wheel drive system.

The five—seat version of the Senat 900 costs 12 million rubles, and the four-seat version costs 12.5 million rubles.

In the official presentation published on June 8, it was reported that armored and special versions will be provided for the Senat 900 executive sedan.

The production of cars of the new Russian brand Senat will amount to several thousand units in 2026, and from 2027 it is planned to produce tens of thousands of cars. This was announced on June 5 by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov.
