Among the victims are five children from 9 to 15 years old. Unpleasant health consequences were avoided.

According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, all the attacks took place on Tatyshev Island.

The agency warned that even feeding small animals can be dangerous. It is better not to approach them and not to give them food with their hands. Ground squirrels can be carriers of helminths, rabies, tularemia, listeriosis and other dangerous diseases.
