New women's health center to open in the north of Moscow

A new, 17th Women's Health Center at the V.V. Veresaev City Clinical Hospital has opened in the north of the capital. Before the official opening, on June 20 and 21, the institution will host open days. This was announced by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

"We are consistently creating clinics in Moscow where women can receive a full range of outpatient care in one place, in comfortable conditions and in an atmosphere of trust. Women's health centers are replacing the institutions of the old format. Very soon, the 17th Women's Health Center will start operating in the north of the capital - a new center at the Veresaev Hospital. This weekend, on June 20 and 21, we will hold open days here for the first time so that Muscovites can personally assess both the level of equipment and a new approach to assistance," Anastasia Rakova said.

According to her, visitors will be able to explore modern facilities, get acquainted with high-tech equipment and communicate with current obstetricians and gynecologists. "Excursions of this format are becoming a good tradition today. For Muscovites, this is a unique opportunity to learn about modern methods of therapy and diagnostics in the capital's medicine, to get answers to important questions," the deputy mayor emphasized.

The center is located at 26a Petrozavodskaya Street. Guided tours of the institution, lectures on women's health and self-diagnosis, as well as a prize draw were prepared for the guests.

The new center has become part of the program for the modernization of outpatient healthcare in the capital. Modern clinics are replacing traditional women's consultations, combining the possibilities of obstetrics, gynecology and related specialties. Here, women will be able to receive personalized care, from prevention and diagnosis to pregnancy management.
