A man was killed in a collision between a bus and a truck in the Tyumen region.

In the Isetsky district of the Tyumen region, a truck and a shift bus collided, injuring 12 people, one of them died. This was reported on June 15 in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region.

"At the 101st kilometer of the federal highway R-254, the driver of a shift bus collided with a truck traveling in the same direction. There were 19 passengers and two drivers inside the bus. As a result of the accident, 12 people were injured, one of them died. Two passengers were hospitalized, the rest received medical attention and were released home," the ministry said in a statement on the Maks messenger.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene, conducted a lockout of the victim and eliminated the consequences of the accident.
