The Russian Armed Forces liberated four settlements in a week in the free zone
The Armed forces of the Russian Federation liberated four settlements in a week in the area of a special military operation, Izvestia calculated on June 15 based on data from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
So, over the past week, the Russian Army liberated three settlements in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), as well as one in the Kharkiv region.
So, on June 8, the Ministry of Defense reported that units of the Southern Group of Forces had decisively liberated the village of Khimik in the DPR. Later, on June 11, soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces took control of the settlements of Okhrimovka in the Kharkiv region and Luxuriant in the DPR. On Friday, June 12, the village of Priyat was also liberated in the republic.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, on June 14, meeting with the participants of his Russia Day in the Kremlin, clarified where they are currently fighting geographically and wished them good luck in the offensive. Communicating with the military in an informal setting after an official conversation, the president learned from one of the fighters that the Dnepr group of troops, in which he is a member, is gradually "making its way to Zaporozhye."
