The rapid advance of units of the Southern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the village of Konstantinovka, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), forced the Kiev regime to begin evacuating key enterprises and their employees from Kramatorsk to the western regions of Ukraine, the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry reported on the Telegram channel. Evacuation of industry from Kramatorsk

The main production facilities of the Kramatorsk Heavy Machine Tool Plant (KZTS) have already been exported to the west of the country.

"As of June 14, 2026, the main production facilities of the Kramatorsk Heavy Machine Tool Plant, along with 3,500 employees, have already been moved from the city to one of the western regions of Ukraine," the statement said.

In addition, preparations for the evacuation of three more enterprises are currently underway in an accelerated manner.

These include: Novokramatorsky Machine-Building Plant (NVKMZ). The company specializes in the repair and restoration of Ukrainian armored vehicles. Starokramatorsky Machine-Building Plant (SKMZ), which produces barrels for large-caliber artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). There is also the Energomashspetsstal plant, which manufactures equipment for metallurgy, shipbuilding, nuclear power plants, reactor equipment, special pumps, steam and hydraulic turbines, high-pressure installations and general mechanical engineering.

"Thus, the Kiev regime, despite its bravura statements about the imminent turning point on the battlefield, aimed at a Western audience, is not only aware, but is actively preparing in the near future for the loss of Konstantinovka, Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk, followed by the loss of the entire Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration," the ministry added.

Forced removal of families with children

The Ministry of Defense also reported that against the background of the advance of the Russian Armed Forces, the Kiev regime began the forced evacuation of families with children under 17 from Kramatorsk. Evacuation measures have been ongoing since last Tuesday.

"The forced evacuation of families with children under the age of 17 from Kramatorsk has been carried out by the Kiev regime since June 9, 2026," the statement said.
