During the conversation, Putin congratulated his American counterpart on his 80th birthday. It is noted that the conversation was friendly and frank. The call lasted exactly 55 minutes. At the same time, the leaders discussed not only personal relationships.

"As you understand, there was not only an exchange of pleasantries.
