Pushilin reported on the control of the Russian Armed Forces of the main supply route of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Konstantinovka

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have secured control of the main supply route for the Ukrainian military in Konstantinovka, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), liberating the settlements of Khimik and Luxuriant. This was announced on June 14 by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.

"In the Konstantinovsky direction, Russian troops liberated the settlements of Khimik — aka Molocharka — and Luxuriant. With the liberation, units of the Southern Group of Forces have increased their coverage of Konstantinovka from the flanks, as well as control of the Druzhkovka–Konstantinovka highway, which is the main supply route for the enemy in the city," he said in a video on the Maks messenger.

Currently, fighting is taking place in the center of Konstantinovka and in the industrial zone, and progress towards the Kramatorsk-Slavyansk agglomeration depends on their outcome. The further advance of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the direction of Shchurov and Dibrov in the DPR will make it possible to cut off the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine west of the Red Estuary, Pushilin noted.

Specialists will have to clear almost 1,200 hectares of land and prepare sites for the construction of infrastructure.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry clarified that the successful actions of the Russian military in Konstantinovka, DPR, forced Kiev to begin evacuating major enterprises from Kramatorsk and Druzhkovka to Western Ukraine.

On June 11, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Russian Armed Forces had completely taken control of the eastern districts of Konstantinovka, as well as reached its northeastern outskirts. It was noted that the Russian military was destroying an encircled group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the southwestern part of the city and on the territory of a local metallurgical plant.
