A man was killed when a Ukrainian UAV attacked an apartment building in Orel.

In Orel, one person was killed and eight others were injured due to a Ukrainian drone strike on an apartment building. This was announced on June 14 by the governor of the region Andrey Klychkov.

"Last night, as a result of a Ukrainian UAV strike on an apartment building in the city of Orel, people were injured. To my deep sorrow, one person has died, and eight more are receiving the necessary medical and psychological assistance," he wrote on the Maks messenger.

According to him, residents of the affected apartments are accommodated in hotels in the city. The situation is under the control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and law enforcement agencies, and the aftermath of the attack continues to be eliminated.

Two days earlier, one person was killed and two injured in an attack by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Bryansk region. The injured were promptly taken to the hospital. The doctors did everything possible, but the injury was too severe, and one of the victims died.
