The Central Bank of the Russian Federation continues to introduce stricter rules on the lending market. Tatiana Belyanchikova, Associate Professor at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, spoke on June 14 about the list of documents required to apply for a loan from July 1.

"Right now, only receipts with a clear label are being calculated: salary, pension, social security payments or rent. Transfers from relatives, repayment of debts, one—time sales — all this no longer increases the credit limit," she told RIA Novosti.
