The farewell and funeral of Iran's former supreme leader Ali Khamenei will take place from July 4 to July 9. This was reported on June 13 by the IRIB State Television and Radio with reference to his office.
"On July 4 and 5, a farewell ceremony will be held at the Imam Khomeini Mosque in Tehran. The funeral ceremony will be held in Tehran on July 6, in Qom on July 7, and in Mashhad, where the funeral will take place, on July 9," the IRIB Telegram channel says.
