Foreign air carriers have started refueling more at Russian airports amid the crisis in the international fuel and lubricants market. This was reported on June 13 in the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Due to the conjuncture of the international fuel and lubricants market, foreign carriers began to refuel (tank) more at Russian airports in order to reduce their flight costs," the ministry told RIA Novosti.
