Artemy Lebedev's apartment in Kiev to be put up for auction

The apartment of Russian designer and blogger Artemy Lebedev in Kiev will be put up for auction. This was announced by the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Dmitry Natalukha on Facebook (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).

"We were examining another sanctioned property, which will soon go under the hammer. This time it's Artemy Lebedev's apartment," Natalukha wrote.

According to him, the property is located in the historical center of Kiev. The area of the apartment is 138.5 sq. m. The auction is scheduled for June 30, the starting price of the object is $236 thousand, which is almost 17 million rubles.

Natalukha also stated that Lebedev's relatives were not allowed to take their personal belongings. According to him, the Ukrainian authorities did the same with other seized objects.

Lebedev spoke out against the partial opening of the borders with Finland on November 21, 2025 — in his opinion, they should be fully opened, and other options should not be agreed. He also believes that the Finnish authorities should fully issue visas to Russians.

Lebedev expressed a desire to change the appearance of the Moscow Kremlin on January 16, proposing to repaint it in white. The designer noted that in other Russian cities Kremlin walls are often made in white, pointing to the Kazan Kremlin as an example, which, in his opinion, looks especially impressive.
