The exchange of messages within the framework of the negotiation process between the United States and Iran follows a complex pattern involving couriers. This was reported by Bloomberg on June 12, citing sources.

"The proposals of the American negotiators are laid out in a roundabout diplomatic way, often with the participation of couriers from the Iranian side," the publication says.

Unstable Internet connection in Iran after the start of the conflict is also mentioned as one of the difficulties. According to a diplomatic source, some messages in the WhatsApp messenger (owned by Meta, the organization is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) could only reach 48 hours after sending.

American leader Donald Trump announced on June 11 that Mojtaba Khamenei had approved the agreements with the United States. According to his message, the Islamic Republic undertakes in the memorandum of understanding not to seek to possess nuclear weapons. As part of the agreement, it is also planned to lift the naval blockade against Iran.

On the same day, Trump said that the United States had agreed with Iran to end hostilities. He also indicated that the United States would not bomb Iran's territory on the night of June 12, as previously announced.
