Rafael Zverev was appointed head of the Ural Customs Administration

Valery Pikalev, head of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), confirmed Rafael Zverev as head of the Ural Customs Administration. This was announced on June 11 by the press service of the department in the Maks messenger.

Zverev's career began in 2005 as an inspector of the information technology department of the Kashirsky Customs post in the Moscow region. Later, he became the head of this post, and since 2019 he has held the position of Deputy head of the Moscow Customs — head of the Moscow Customs Post (CEP).

In addition, since June 2025, Zverev has held the position of First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate for the Organization of Customs Operations and Control of the Federal Customs Service of Russia (GUOTK of the Federal Customs Service of Russia).

Mikhail Mamuta, who previously headed the Central Bank's Consumer Rights Protection and Financial Services Accessibility Service, was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia on June 9. Ekaterina Butova will become the acting Head of the Consumer Protection Service.
