The statements of the Ukrainian authorities about the alleged turning point in the conflict are groundless. This was stated on 11 by the former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Kuleba.

"All the stories that there was a turning point in the <conflict>, <...> are all nonsense," he said on Ukrainian Radio NV.
