The bodies of its citizens who died during an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack on ships in the Sea of Azov have been delivered to Azerbaijan. This was announced on June 10 by the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

"The bodies of four Azerbaijani citizens who died as a result of an unmanned aerial vehicle attack on cargo ships in the Sea of Azov were delivered to their homeland on June 10," the Telegram channel said.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims.

UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked ships in the Taganrog Bay of the Sea of Azov on June 5. As a result of the impact, five people were killed, six injured were taken to hospitals, a tanker and two bulk carriers were damaged.

On the same day, the traumatology department of the Yeysk Central District Hospital of the Krasnodar Territory reported that the victims of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the ship in the Sea of Azov were in stable condition.
