- The roar of engines and the sound of music greeted the audience of the Moto Drive festival at the weekend
On June 6 and 7, the Igor Drive autodrom turned into the epicenter of strength, speed and incredible emotions for the third time during the Moto Drive 2026 festival. This weekend, everyone found entertainment to their liking: uncompromising sports, powerful music and exciting shows.
On Saturday, June 6, dynamic sprint races took place on the ring road as part of the St. Petersburg Motorcycle Racing championships and Championships. The audience saw two races, each of which was attended by representatives of several classes of motorcycles. On Sunday, June 7, visitors watched a two-hour endurance team race.
The first stage of the Russian Championship and the fourth stage of the national motocross championship took place on the Moto Center Rally track. This is the most popular and democratic discipline, bringing together athletes of all ages.
The site of the Emergency Training Center has become the arena of Interregional competitions and the Russian Cup in motorcycle figure control — motojimkhan. On a difficult and swirling track, the riders demonstrated a phenomenal sense of size and balance.
For the first time, monocycle competitions became part of the program of the Moto Drive festival. On Saturday, the Igor Drive Karting track hosted time trials in the time attack format, as well as a monojimhana slalom on a track marked with cones. A monocycle race and a parallel slalom took place on Sunday.
For two days, the guests of the festival were waiting for an adrenaline rush: a performance by stand-up riders, an extreme Freeride Engine show with synchronized ATV jumps and tricks through rings of fire, as well as tricks from the legendary FMX13 team led by Alexei Kolesnikov, including a unique backflip on a buggy.
At the exhibition from the Avtokultura project, the guests saw rare equipment from different eras and countries, which clearly demonstrated the development of design and design thinking.
For the first time, the audience could participate in the events — in the "Motokest", traveling from the center of St. Petersburg to the "Moto Drive", and in the races for the regularity of traffic along the highway ring road of the autodrome, where the task of maintaining a set speed became a real challenge.
The festive atmosphere was supported by performances by cover bands, a live orchestra and DJ sets. Saturday evening ended with a concert by the indie rock band Sirotkin, whose sincere lyrics created a cozy atmosphere, and the headliner of the festival, rapper George Gergert, set a bright point of fire in the eventful Sunday program.
A rich program was also waiting for the youngest visitors of the Moto Drive festival — cross-country bike racing, games with a team of animators and various master classes did not let you get bored. Thanks to the motorcycle mail, which was supported by the Russian Post, a postcard with a unique design could be sent to any corner of the country.
The festival life on "Igor Drive" does not end: on July 18 and 19, the Igor Drive GARAGE FEST 2026 will be held at the Autodrom, a grandiose festival of speed, music and drive.
The press service of the autodrom announced on June 5 that Anton Fast and Furious, Big Russian Boss, Jan Dylan and Ekaterina Tyurina will participate in the Media Racing 2026 project as part of the Igor Drive 2026 GARAGE FEST. Bloggers will try themselves in three disciplines of motor sports at once. The project will be a continuation of the "Media Drift", in which last year the Big Russian Boss went from the first training sessions to the performance at the RDS Open stage.
