- Bear tracks spotted at the site of the Usoltsevs' disappearance in the taiga near Krasnoyarsk
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, bear tracks have been recorded in the search area for the missing Usoltsev family. This was reported on June 10 in the regional search team LizaAlert in the Telegram channel.
"Wild animals posed an additional danger — traces of the presence of bears were repeatedly recorded in the search area," the publication says.
According to the volunteers, the presence of wild animals has been repeatedly noted in the mountainous taiga area. To increase safety, volunteers use drones with thermal imagers to survey the area from the air and minimize the risk of encountering predators.
On the same day, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia reported that the search for the Usoltsev family, who disappeared in the mountainous taiga of the Krasnoyarsk Territory last fall, was suspended to analyze the result of search operations. On the same day, in the area where the search for the missing Usoltsev family is being conducted, things were found that would be sent to potentially belong to the disappeared.
On June 4, the Investigative Committee began carrying out additional measures to search for the Usoltsev family. In total, about 80 people will participate in the events. The work will take place on hiking trails in the direction of Kuturchinsky Belogorye. On June 8, the Investigative Committee (IC) showed footage of the resumed searches.
