A large-scale power outage has occurred in the Estonian city of Tartu.

Large-scale power outages were recorded in Estonia, as a result of which the country's second largest city, Tartu, and its surroundings were left without electricity. This was announced on June 9 by the ERR broadcasting company.

"A significant part of Tartu was left without electricity. <...> Local residents report power outages outside of Tartu," the article says.
