The regions of the Ural Federal District will receive an additional 153.4 million rubles for free medicines, medical devices and therapeutic nutrition for the privileged categories of the population. The decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The Sverdlovsk Region will receive the largest amount, 54 million rubles. 38.9 million rubles were allocated to the Chelyabinsk Region, 24.7 million rubles to the Tyumen Region, and 11.7 million rubles to the Kurgan Region. The Khanty—Mansi Autonomous Okrug will provide 18 million rubles for these purposes, and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District - 6.1 million rubles.
For each patient, the list of necessary medications and medical devices is determined by the attending physician.
