The Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max crossover dropped out of the brand's lineup in Russia
Information about the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max crossover, including price lists, has disappeared from the brand's official website in Russia. This may indicate the cessation of sales of the model in the Russian market, <url> Magazine reported on June 9.
In the "Cars in stock" section, at the time of publication of the note, there is one copy of the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max, it is located in Armavir and costs 3.55 million rubles, including discounts. This crossover is equipped with a two-liter turbo engine, a robotic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. A similar model is now presented in the line of the domestic Tenet car brand.
As Sergey Tselikov, head of Autostat, previously noted, Chery car sales in Russia fell by 88.5% this year, and this is due to the fact that it is being replaced by the Tenet brand. In March, the model range of the Chery brand in Russia also decreased, the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max and Tiggo 4 crossovers disappeared from the brand's official website.
Now there are only three models left on Chery's Russian website — the Tiggo 7L and Tiggo 9 crossovers, as well as the Arrizo 8 sedan.
Former Head of the Russian Automobile Dealers Association (ROAD) Oleg Moseev suggested on May 19 that Chery could leave the Russian market in 2026.
