At SPIEF 2026, the Moscow government concluded dozens of agreements aimed at supporting entrepreneurship. They relate to the development of the technology sector, the introduction of innovations, and the strengthening of interregional and international cooperation. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina.

"The agreements reached at the forum open up new opportunities for entrepreneurs in the capital. Moscow's partners include colleagues from other regions of Russia, large domestic companies and universities. Representatives of the business community will receive additional tools to expand and promote their business inside and outside the country," Sergunina said.

For Moscow, one of the key events of the forum was the signing of a declaration on the creation of an interregional industrial cluster of unmanned aircraft systems. St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad and Murmansk regions, Karelia joined the initiative. The parties agreed to work together to increase production capacity and improve infrastructure for testing developments.

In addition, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod Region and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug signed an agreement on the introduction of unmanned systems in industry, logistics, energy and other sectors.

In the field of international cooperation, the capital's Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development has signed an agreement with the Office for the Development of Industrial Cities and Technological Zones in Saudi Arabia. The document provides for the implementation of joint projects and the exchange of experience, including in the field of creation and management of technological infrastructure.
The Moscow Export Center has also signed new partnership agreements. Together with Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and MGIMO, it is planned to develop educational programs and organize internships for specialists in the field of international trade.

The expansion of the partner network of the Moscow Innovation Cluster was also an important outcome of the forum for the city. The agreements contribute to the development of the capital's robotics testing center, an ecosystem for finding customers for technological solutions and other projects.
