The GAC brand talked about equipping a large S9 crossover for Russia

In the near future, a new large crossover GAC S9 will appear at dealers, with Russia becoming one of the first markets for this model. This is stated in the message of the Russian representative office of the brand, which was received by Izvestia on June 8. The company shared details about the equipment of the novelty.

The GAC S9 will be presented on the Russian market in the maximum SX Premium configuration. The cabin has a multimedia system with a 15.6-inch screen with VK and Yandex services and support for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.25-inch digital dashboard with the ability to display a navigation map, as well as a 27-inch projection display and an audio system with 21 speakers.

The decoration uses nappa leather and wooden inserts. The front passenger seat is equipped with a "zero gravity" function and an electric ottoman. The first and second row seats are equipped with massage, heating and ventilation functions, while the rear seats are equipped with an electric backrest angle adjustment.

Multi-color interior lighting is used, wireless charging is provided for two devices with a cooling function, and a folding table is available for the rear right passenger. For acoustic comfort, soundproof glazing of the windshield and side windows of the doors of the first and second rows is used.

The GAC S9 has telematics, heated windshield, windshield washer nozzles and steering wheel. The rear seats are folded using an electric drive, and the fifth door has a non-contact opening function. The complex of driver assistance systems includes adaptive cruise control, a lane-keeping function, a distance control system for the car in front, and others. Nine airbags are installed. The car park operator is able to independently perform both parallel and perpendicular parking. Other features of the S9 are the optional two-tone body paint and wheels with a floating logo.
