The summer comedy "Denis and Mani in the cinema!" was shown.

The screening of the film "Denis and Mani in the cinema!" with the participation of actors and tailed viewers took place this Sunday at Cinema Park Mega Belaya Dacha. The audience was greeted by the actors — performers of the couple in love — Stepan Devonin and Olga Venikova.

Screenings of the film for people with their beloved pets have already been held in cinemas more than once, but it was "Denis and Mani in the cinema!" that gathered a particularly large number of guests with dogs. According to the audience, they are used to following the adventures of Denis and Mani with their pets, so they could not miss this movie and watch it without their four-legged friends.

Actors Stepan Devonin and Olga Venikova also attended the screening.

Olga Venikova: "It is often said that acting in films with animals and children is not easy, because they easily attract attention to themselves. But it was surprisingly easy to work with Denis and Mani: they created a special atmosphere on the site, in which you just had to live in the moment and enjoy the process. When animals are around, it is always an amazing joy, warmth and love."

In the first weekend, the film collected 40 million rubles, showing a successful start at the box office.

Denis the Labrador and Mani the sphinx cat have long become real Internet superstars and favorites of millions. Videos featuring the star duo collect tens of millions of views every day. Stepan Devonin also starred in the film ("The Man who Laughs", "Father 2. Grandfather" and "Killer Vacation"), Olga Venikova ("Two Hills", "The Last Bogatyr"), as well as Artem Tkachenko ("Vampires of the Middle Lane", "Strings", "Commander"), showman and TV presenter Dmitry Khrustalev ("Bodyguards", "Catch the Dog if you can", "House of Hodunom"), and figure skater, two-time world and European champion in single skating Evgenia Medvedeva.

The film was produced by the Red Carpet Studio film company, the distributor was NMG Kinoprokat (part of the National Media Group holding). The project was directed and produced by Anton Kalinkin, Ruslan Knyazev and Janik Fayziev.

The show was held with the participation of the Four Paws pet store chain. Each guest was given a gift for a pet, a blanket, a bowl and a diaper for convenience. A photographer and a sketch artist worked in the zone so that everyone would leave with a portrait of their little star as a souvenir!

In the center of the plot is the story of friendship, which has to pass a serious test. When Denis gets a major advertising contract and moves in with his agent Andrey, he and Mani, accustomed to always being together, find themselves separated for the first time. Plunging into the dazzling world of show business, Denis gradually realizes that no success can replace a family, and sincerity is more valuable than any contract. At the same time, Andrey is going through a crisis in his relationship with his fiancee, and it is Denis who helps him to believe in love again.
