Innosocium Foundation summed up the results of SPIEF 2026

The Roscongress Foundation's sociocreative platform, the Innosocium Foundation, shapes the country's cultural and social agenda. Under the leadership of the Foundation, projects are being implemented in Russia in the fields of creative industries, charity, inclusion, NGO development, support for young talents and preservation of the cultural heritage of the regions. Each of these areas is based on the systematic work of the platform, without which no major discussion about the future of the creative economy and the social sphere is complete today.

At SPIEF 2026, the Innosocium Foundation hosted the Creative Industries Forum for the second time, which continues the traditions of the Creative Business Forum. One of the central attractions of the SPIEF was the pavilion of the "Soul of Russia" project, implemented by the Innosocium Foundation in cooperation with PJSC PSB Bank with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. In addition to the unique exhibition, the Soul of Russia pavilion presented a rich discussion program: more than 10 social sessions. The winners of the VIII All-Russian Student Competition of social projects "Innosocium" were awarded there.

As part of the SPIEF's main business program, the Innosocium Foundation also held four system-building sessions on fundamental issues of the development of the creative economy and the social sphere, with the participation of representatives of government authorities, development institutions, public and cultural figures, and creative industry experts. The speakers of the Innosocium Foundation's business program included Inna Svyatenko, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Alexander Zhuravsky, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office for Public Projects; Denis Kravchenko, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation; and Olga Petrova, Dean of the Economic Alexander Auzan, Director General of the Institute for Internet Development (IRI) Alexey Goreslavsky, director, artistic director of the Moscow Drama Theater on Malaya Bronnaya Konstantin Bogomolov, and others.

On the final day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, on June 6, the Creative Industries Forum was held, one of the key events of the Roscongress Foundation's sociocreative platform, the Innosocium Foundation. The main theme of the Forum in 2026 is "Contours of the Future: humans and AI in a culture of co–creation." It reflects the digital transformation of creative professions and the formation of a new business model called "IInomics". The FCI business program included 15 specialized discussion sessions, more than half of which were devoted to the development of creative industries at the interface with artificial intelligence. Representatives of government, technology corporations, media holdings, and the creative community discussed the future of cinema, theater, game development, animation, and copyright in the era of generative neural networks. The forum was attended by more than 80 speakers, and the discussion sessions brought together over 1,000 participants.

The Soul of Russia Pavilion is a multi–format space for socio-cultural events and a landmark civilizational project representing the cultural heritage of Russia in a modern interpretation. This year, it brought together over 50 works by contemporary authors and Russian brands – from interior items, textiles and tableware to art objects, inclusive theaters and regional creative clusters. The exposition aroused considerable interest among the guests and participants of the SPIEF: Among the visitors were Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexander Novak and Minister of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abdelaziz Bin Salman Al Saud. In total, over 3,000 people visited the Soul of Russia pavilion during the days of the forum.

The discussion area of the pavilion has become a center of attraction for more than 2,000 participants and 200 speakers. As part of the social track, 13 sessions were held here dedicated to inclusion, the development of NGOs, the preservation of regional identity and charity. One of the main events of the site was the awarding of the winners of the VIII All-Russian Student competition of social projects "Innosocium". The eighth season set a historical record for the number of applications: students from 396 educational institutions in 83 regions of Russia submitted 1382 projects.

The results of the Innosocium Foundation's participation in SPIEF 2026 were summed up by the organizers and partners of the projects.

"Creative industries are firmly included in the SPIEF business program: the topics of culture, technology and creative entrepreneurship are discussed today on a par with traditional sectors of the economy. The Creative Industries Forum and the Soul of Russia Pavilion became one of the most visited venues of the forum. This reflects the general course: culture and the creative economy are working more than ever for the image of the country and its position in the international arena," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee.

"For the second year, Soul of Russia has been bringing together at its stand the best examples of the work of craftsmen and folk art crafts from different regions, including those working in modern formats. Each exhibit that decorates the pavilion demonstrates our identity, cultural identity, reflects regional peculiarities, and introduces us to talented designers, artisans, and representatives of various creative fields. Due to modern forms and reinterpretation of traditions, the works attract the attention of forum participants from different countries, making the stand one of the most sought–after at the forum," said Roman Karmanov, General Director of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives.
