- Rosobrnadzor proposed to change the format of homework in the Russian Federation due to AI
In Russian schools, it is necessary to change the format of homework assignments so that they cannot be completed by artificial intelligence. This was announced on June 7 by the head of Rosobrnadzor, Anzor Muzaev.
"We need to think about homework that artificial intelligence won't do instead of a child," Muzaev told RIA Novosti on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
The head of the regulator called artificial intelligence a challenge for school and higher education. For this reason, it is necessary to change the format so that it can interest the child, as well as motivate him to complete the project, the practical part of the assignment or other goals.
Vladislav Grib, Deputy Secretary of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, said on June 6 at the SPIEF that it was necessary to introduce a schoolboy code in Russian educational institutions and evaluate student behavior based on it. As Grib pointed out, every student should have these rules so that they understand why and how they are being evaluated, as well as what norms they have violated. He explained that these rules should be accessible not only to schoolchildren, but also to their parents.
