The air defense forces eliminated two Ukrainian drones over the Kaluga region

The Air Defense Forces intercepted two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the evening The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over two municipal districts of the Kaluga region. This was announced on June 6 by Governor Vladislav Shapsha.

"Tonight, the air defense forces destroyed two UAVs over the territories of Borovsky and Zhukovsky municipal districts," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

It is specified that special services are working at the crash site of the drone wreckage. There was no information about casualties or damage on the ground.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense systems destroyed 339 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 13 hours. It was clarified that the drones were intercepted over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad and Novgorod regions.
