One of the five people killed in a drone attack on ships in the Sea of Azov is a Russian citizen. This was announced on June 6 by the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
"In total, four Azerbaijani citizens were injured, and four more were killed. It has also been established that another person, initially declared dead as an Azerbaijani citizen, does not have Azerbaijani citizenship and origin, but is a Russian citizen," the report said.
The ministry noted that the identities of the dead and injured Azerbaijani citizens have been established. It is specified that the number of victims was 25 people.
A day earlier, it was reported that five people were killed and a tanker and two bulk carriers were damaged in an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles in the Taganrog Bay. Six of the injured were taken to hospitals.
On the same day, the traumatology department of the Yeysk Central District Hospital of the Krasnodar Territory reported that the victims of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a ship in the Sea of Azov were in stable condition.
