The Russian Army destroyed three Ukrainian Armed Forces assault groups in the Kharkiv region

The military of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed three assault groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of Monachinovka-Osinovo in the Kharkiv region. This was reported on June 6 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"On June 3, militants from the 35th Marine Brigade and the 116th mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to check the strength of the defense of Russian units in the Kupyansk direction... They formed three suicide attack groups and tried to counterattack on motorcycles in the areas of Monachinovka and Osinovo," the source told RIA Novosti.

According to him, artillery and drones stopped the counterattacking forces. He notes that more than 15 infantrymen were killed, including during small-arms combat. Ten motorcycles were also burned down.

On May 28, Russian law enforcement agencies reported that in the Novovasilevka area of the Kharkiv region, crews of operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Kraken division of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of Ukraine (a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation) suffered losses and fled their positions. It is noted that as a result of the flight of the Kraken, the infantry of the 113th separate brigade of the Ukrainian Air Defense was left without aerial reconnaissance equipment.
