In Crimea, the new owner of Zelensky's apartment was offered to create a museum of neo-Nazism

The Crimean authorities have proposed to create a museum of neo-Nazism in the former apartment of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, acquired by the new owner. This was announced by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026).

"The new owner bought an apartment for 40 million rubles. I hope that he will make a museum on neo—Nazism, it will be a very successful project, I am absolutely sure that this brand will work," Konstantinov said in an interview with TASS.

Zelensky's apartment is 119.5 sq. m. m was nationalized in March 2023. In early October 2023, the housing was put up for auction with an initial price of 24.6 million rubles. The apartments are located on the fifth floor of the building and were offered in a state of pre-finishing. The balcony offers views of the Black Sea and the Livadia Palace with its adjacent garden.

Among the participants in the criminal schemes are the government, the rada, representatives of the West and Zelensky, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

State Duma deputy Mikhail Sheremet said last December that real estate owned by Ukrainian oligarchs and Zelensky continued to be identified in Crimea.

Olga Lipovetskaya, a Moscow businessman, became the buyer of the apartment of the head of the Kiev regime. During the bidding process, the value of the object increased from 24.6 to 44.4 million rubles. Konstantinov said that these funds will be used for special operations and support for military families.
