Shadaev spoke about teaching teachers how to work with AI

The Ministry of Digital Development, together with the Ministry of Education, plans to launch a comprehensive teacher training program in the use of modern artificial intelligence (AI) tools. On June 6, the head of the Ministry of Finance, Maksut Shadaev, told Izvestia on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

"The Ministry of Finance, together with the Ministry of Education, is considering launching a comprehensive program to improve their skills in using modern AI tools. At the same time, no changes are planned to the teacher certification procedure," the minister told the Izvestia correspondent.

"Our goal is not to replace humans, but to create a fast and accurate AI—based assistant."
