The air defense forces eliminated two drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the Kaluga region in the evening.

In the evening, air defense systems intercepted two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the sky over two municipal districts of the Kaluga region. This was announced on June 5 by Governor Vladislav Shapsha.

"Tonight, the air defense forces destroyed two UAVs over the territories of the Kirovsky and Maloyaroslavetsky municipal districts," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

It is specified that specialists are working at the crash site of the drone wreckage. There were no casualties or damage on the ground.

The new drones will help the units to defeat unmanned boats, sabotage groups and other threats on the approaches to the bases.

The governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced on the same day that enemy drones had attacked the territory of a boarding house in the resort village of Zhelezny Port on the Black Sea coast. It was clarified that there were no casualties in this incident.
