Drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the parking lot of decommissioned equipment at a nuclear power plant

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) again attacked the territory of the Zaporizhia nuclear power Plant (NPP), drones struck the parking lot of decommissioned equipment. This was announced on June 5 by the Governor of the Zaporizhia region Evgeny Balitsky.

"Today, an unmanned aerial vehicle attacked the territory where the decommissioned equipment of the station is located. There are wounded," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Balitsky stressed that the Kiev regime has switched to nuclear terrorism and is ready to attack any nuclear power plant.

On the same day, Rosatom CEO Alexei Likhachev reported that three engineers were injured in the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the Zaporizhia NPP, two of whom are now in serious condition. He clarified that the victims were rebuilding the station during the strike.

The day before, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a massive attack using heavy UAVs at the nuclear power plant. In total, they inflicted over 20 blows. It was noted that the militants' target could be the territory of a thermal power plant, where energy infrastructure facilities are located.
