Zakharova stressed the nuclear threats emanating from Ukraine

The international community needs to take the nuclear threats posed by Ukraine seriously. This was stated on June 5 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commenting on the strikes by Kiev militants near the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP).

"Each new attack by Ukraine on the NPP is becoming more ambitious and reckless than the previous one. The intensity of the blows is increasing. Not only the adjacent territories and personnel of the station, but also its main equipment, as well as nuclear material, are already in the affected area," the statement said on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
