Errol Musk called people in Russia happy

People in Russia are happy, unlike the rest of the world. On June 5, entrepreneur Elon Musk's father Errol Musk told Izvestia on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

"I can't think of a single country in the world where people would be happy right now. None in the West. Not like in Russia. People are very happy here, and you should be very grateful," Musk said.

He noted that he had come to Russia for the fourth time in a year, and called the country not a bad place, but decent, kind and decent people. Musk Sr. also expressed confidence that Russia and the United States will soon come to friendship, as his sons and American leader Donald Trump are working on this.

Musk added that St. Petersburg seems special to him, and Kazan called it very beautiful and similar to St. Petersburg on the Volga.
