VK Tech will become a technology partner of the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange in the development of cloud resource trading and CFA. The corresponding memorandum of cooperation was signed by Igor Artemyev, President of the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange, and VK Tech CEO (VK Technologies PJSC) Pavel Gontarev was signed on the sidelines of SPIEF 2026.

The document defines the basic principles and directions of possible interaction between the parties. According to the memorandum, the companies intend to jointly develop, implement and promote digital products.

These include solutions and tools for the sale of cloud resources, digital financial assets, software and hardware complexes for exchange trading and clearing activities. The partners will also create multifunctional platforms for data management.

A separate track of cooperation is the development of application solutions based on large language models and platforms for creating AI agents. This will optimize business processes, increase employee efficiency, and improve customer service.

In addition, the parties plan to share experiences, jointly test new technologies, as well as organize and participate in scientific and practical events.

"The St. Petersburg Stock Exchange has been cooperating with VK Tech for several years. Its result was a reliable and high-performance software and hardware complex for the futures market and clearing, developed by VK Tech specialists based on the Tarantool platform specifically for our Exchange. For us, strengthening cooperation with such a large IT company is a transition to the next stage of technological development. It is accompanied by the creation of one of the country's largest trade and clearing ecosystems on a national scale due to the synergy of modern Exchange technologies with the most advanced IT solutions from VK Tech," said Igor Artemyev.

"The St. Petersburg Stock Exchange is a unique partner with whom we have many years of experience working together: the Tarantool—based derivatives market and clearing software and hardware has already proven its reliability. The memorandum opens up fundamentally new directions, from exchange trading in cloud resources and CFAs to the use of large language models and AI agents in exchange processes. This is a collaboration that sets new standards for the country's financial infrastructure," Pavel Gontarev said.
