Bank ROSSIYA and T Plus have strengthened their strategic partnership at SPIEF 2026
On June 5, T Plus and Bank ROSSIYA signed a cooperation agreement on the sidelines of the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document is aimed at expanding strategic ties and joining forces to improve business efficiency, implement investment projects and digital transformation.
The document was signed by Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Pavel Snikkars, CEO of PJSC T Plus.
In accordance with the signed agreement, the parties intend to cooperate in the following key areas::
- investments in the development of heat supply systems using capital market instruments (bonds, syndicated loans);
- cash settlement services with the introduction of modern liquidity management technologies and banking support for contracts;
- implementation of joint digital and platform solutions;
- conducting documentary operations, including issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit.
As part of the cooperation, the parties have already made significant progress in optimizing credit conditions. Currently, the financial institution is considering increasing the credit limit for the company. This will enhance the company's ability to fulfill its obligations to modernize the energy infrastructure in the regions where it operates.
The Strategic Partnership Agreement comes into force from the moment of signing and is open-ended.
On the same day, at the SPIEF 2026 site, Monolit Group of Companies and ROSSIYA Bank signed an agreement on the implementation of investment projects in Sudak, Simferopol and the Simferopol region. The sum of the agreements is estimated at 30 billion rubles.
