Bank ROSSIYA and GC Monolit have agreed to cooperate at SPIEF

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Monolit Group of Companies and Bank ROSSIYA signed an agreement on the implementation of investment projects in Sudak, Simferopol and the Simferopol region. The sum of the agreements is estimated at 30 billion rubles.

One of the key areas will be the integrated development project in Sudak. The residential development facility on an area of 23 hectares will be located in the area of promising development of the city and will be integrated into the existing urban infrastructure. The project provides for the construction of a modern residential quarter in five stages (more than 2,200 apartments), as well as the creation of social, engineering, transport and commercial infrastructure. Shopping malls, schools, sports and recreational areas, pedestrian zones, recreation areas and outdoor heated pools have been designed on the territory. Additional jobs will be created to maintain the functioning of the infrastructure. The volume of investments will amount to 23 billion rubles, and the project implementation period is designed for 10 years.

In addition, a project for the construction of apartment buildings and the creation of comfortable and modern residential infrastructure will be implemented on the territory of the urban district "Prostory" of the Zavodskoye microdistrict, the Simferopol district and the city of Simferopol on plots with a total area of more than 150 hectares. The agreement also concerns the creation of new residential blocks "Crimean Rose" with a total living area of more than 27 thousand square meters. m. and the joint development of the tourist potential and infrastructure base of the western coast of Crimea as part of the construction of the year-round resort "Golden Sands of Russia".

On the same day, on the sidelines of SPIEF 2026, Bank ROSSIYA and Specialized developer Arion signed an agreement under which Bank ROSSIYA invests in housing and resort construction projects in the Republic of Crimea.
