On the sidelines of SPIEF 2026, PSB and the VSK Insurance House signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop insurance services in the interests of the bank's retail customers, the bank's press service reported.

The document was signed by Alexey Shchavelev, Senior Vice President and Head of the Retail Business Unit at PSB, and Anna Rybina, General Director of the VSK Insurance House. The cooperation provides for the development of retail insurance solutions, including mortgage insurance for the bank's borrowers, as well as the introduction of boxed products.

"Our task is to integrate insurance solutions into banking products so that they are processed quickly, transparently and in the logic of the transaction itself. Our partnership will allow us to offer ready—made solutions to retail customers, from mortgage insurance to comprehensive boxed products with an understandable cost and a predefined set of risks. This increases the convenience for the client and makes financial transactions simpler and more secure," commented Alexey Shchavelev.

"Traditionally, the banking sales channel is one of the key ones for insurers. At the same time, the product line has long gone beyond the standard insurance policy — we offer customers individual insurance and service programs that are tailored to the needs of a particular user. All this makes it possible to increase the customer value of both a banking product — in particular, credit programs — and an insurance product. The synergy of the largest players in the industry can become a growth driver for the bank insurance market," said Anna Rybina.
