DOM Group of companies.The Russian Federation and MTS agreed on a strategic partnership at the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) in St. Petersburg. The parties intend to implement projects in the field of development of communication services, security systems, including video surveillance and biometric identification.

The agreement signed by the parties implies the development of telecommunications and innovative projects in the field of communications, DOM.RF said. Among them are joint projects in the field of broadband Internet access, cable TV and other services. In addition, the parties will work out options for cooperation in the implementation of an integrated security system, including video surveillance, access control (ACS) and biometric identification.

"THE HOUSE.The Russian Federation, as an institution of development in the housing sector, sees among its tasks the testing and scaling of the best Russian solutions for the housing construction industry," explained Board Member, Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation at DOM.Russian Federation Nikolay Kozak. He reminded me that the HOUSE.The Russian Federation has already launched and is developing a marketplace of domestic products for different stages of the development cycle: from pre-project activities to operation. According to Kozak, the partnership with MTS will provide an opportunity to strengthen this area and combine the expertise of the HOUSE.Russian Federation in the construction industry with advanced IT and telecom competencies of MTS to create a smart infrastructure at different stages of the life cycle of a real estate object

"In partnership with DOM.In the Russian Federation, we plan to form the foundation for smart residential complexes: high—quality mobile communications, high-speed Internet, video surveillance with analytics, environmental monitoring," emphasized Oleg Aldoshin, Vice President of Corporate Business at MTS. He added that specific steps and terms of cooperation will be fixed in separate agreements. According to Aldoshin, MCT's experience in telecom and digital services "will help improve the quality of life in new homes across Russia."
