Bank ROSSIYA invests in housing and resort construction projects in the Republic of Crimea. The corresponding memorandum was signed on June 5 on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum between Bank ROSSIYA and Specialized developer Arion.

The document was signed by Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Ekaterina Brovchenko, Director of SZ ARION LLC.

The key objective of the memorandum is to combine efforts to create a modern urban and tourist environment. Cooperation between the parties covers a wide range of areas, including housing construction, the construction of apartment complexes and resort properties, as well as the construction of hotel and recreational infrastructure. A separate focus is made on projects of integrated development of territories in the cities of Yalta and Alushta.

As part of the implementation of investment projects, special attention is planned to be paid to the full-fledged development of the supporting infrastructure. The document provides for the creation of residential complexes, hotel and sanatorium facilities, as well as service infrastructure. In addition, a large-scale formation of public spaces and landscaping, the creation of sports and recreational areas, the laying of modern engineering networks and the development of transport infrastructure are planned.

"The signed memorandum is of a strategic nature and is aimed at achieving long-term socio-economic effects. Among the priorities of cooperation are increasing the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Crimea, unlocking the tourism and resort potential of the region, as well as creating a comfortable environment for both permanent residence and recreation. The implementation of the planned plans will contribute to attracting a significant amount of extra—budgetary investments, the dynamic development of the region's economy and the creation of new jobs," commented Tatiana Polinko.

The signed memorandum will become the basis for the development of specific programs and roadmaps aimed at sustainable economic development of the Republic of Crimea and improving the quality of life of the population.
